Hi, I’m Liz- a first-generation Latina navigating the space between two cultures and learning to turn confusion into clarity. I started Cultura and Clarity because I was tired of shrinking myself to fit into spaces that didn’t understand the fullness of who I am.
Growing up ni de aquí, ni de allá—not fully from here or there—shaped how I see the world. From college classrooms to corporate boardrooms, I’ve carried the weight of identity, expectations, and growth all at once. This blog is where I unpack all of that.
